I didn’t pay for or expect a professional quality meter when I bought this one to replace one which had gotten run over. But I was a bit disappointed. Although the meter does what it says it will, the refresh rate, especially on RPM makes it all

Junk. Test leads it came with were bad. It comes with a case that barely fits the multimeter….no way you can fit the test leads in.
